Exhibit Hall Hours

Wednesday, October 9th
• 12 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Set-up
• 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Opening Night

Thursday, October 10th 
• 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Open
• 1:00 p.m. – Lunch for Exhibitors

Thursday’s Breaks In Exhibit Hall
• 9:45 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. –  Morning break in the Exhibit Hall 
• 12:00 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. – Lunch in the Exhibit Hall for Attendees
• 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. – Afternoon break in the Exhibit Hall
• 3:30 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. – Exhibit Hall tear down

It is expected that you will have someone available to staff your booth during the above noted hours.

 
Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Conference Cancellations must be in writing.

A $75 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received between July 27, 2013 and September 21, 2013. Requests for refunds after September 21st will be denied unless there are extenuating circumstances which prevent an attendee from finding another person to attend the conference in their place. These requests will be reviewed by members of the WI SHRM Executive Council, State Conference Co-Chairs and the Conference Liaison Director on a case-by-case basis.

Confirmed registrants (attendees or exhibitors) who fail to notify the WI SHRM State Conference of cancellation prior to the beginning of the conference will forfeit all fees paid.

Exhibitors are only eligible for refunds if the WI SHRM State Conference has a wait list established for the event and is able to sell the booth space to another vendor prior to September 21, 2013. All exhibitor refunds that are granted will be subject to a $75 administrative fee
